Evidence photos show bullet holes in windows of the nearby apartment complex as well as a shot out window on Trooper Casper's vehicle. The shooting itself is redacted from the videos, along with much other sensitive information. Material includes dramatic dash cam video from Troopers responding to the scene during the final seconds of the shooting.
